NEIGHBORHOOD PLANNING COMMITTEE:
We look to the City & Urban Planning Committee to keep the membership informed of important private and public works developments impacting our neighborhood.  The committee works closely with the San Francisco Planning Department, Department of Public Works, and other agencies.

Senate Bills 827 & 828 debate:​

 

UBRAN DESIGN GUIDELINES:

San Francisco has experienced rapid urban and population growth, particularly in the last five to seven years. The Planning Department has recognized that certain City neighborhoods (i.e. Mission Bay, Potrero Hill) lacked Design Guidelines to help their staff guide them in the permit approval process. MCA & CSFN (Coalition for San Francisco Neighborhoods):

The MCA has joined the Coalition for San Francisco Neighborhoods to stayed informed about and contribute to discussions on citywide issues that affect our neighborhoods.
